Customer Service with native German and English – Germany, Remote

DEDICATED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT – eCommerce business expanding across Europe.

We are a fast-growing eCommerce business, with operations in Australia, the UK and France and we’re currently expanding across Europe.

We provide customers with essential health products to aid them in managing challenging health conditions. Our Customer Service representatives must be friendly, patient and empathetic.

You will be focused on sales and order management, helping our customers with product selection, and resolving any order issues.

We are very generous to our customers and we’re proud to offer an exceptional quality of service. Most of our business comes from repeat customers.

What we are looking for:

  • Native German speaker (preferably you live or have lived in Germany, and have a natural German accent)

  • Fluency in English (all training and interaction will be in English

  • Fluency in Italian, French or Spanish would highly regarded

  • Excellent phone manner and writing skills – we provide support over the phone, email, chat, social media, etc.

  • At least two year of customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce

  • Confident and competent with using computers and multi-app tech stacks

  • Motivated, reliable and able to work independently, liaising with a global team via online tools

  • A home office set up that provides a quiet and professional environment, with reliable internet and power
