We seek a remote Executive Assistant with a finance background to support a client’s COO in managing daily operations, schedules, and business priorities. This long-term full-time role combines executive support with strong financial acumen. You’ll act on behalf of the COO when needed, manage communication, and assist with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate has solid US business experience, is confident with numbers, and is comfortable using financial and CRM tools in a remote, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

Manage the COO’s calendar and travel – Coordinate meetings, logistics, and travel plans across time zones.

Act on behalf of the COO – Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and follow up on key items.

Handle financial support tasks – Prepare reports, support budgeting, and assist with forecasting and analysis.

Keep things moving – Take notes, track action items, and use tools to manage tasks and workflows.

Work across tools and systems – Monday.com, HubSpot and Xero Accounting.
What We’re Looking For

6–8 years of experience supporting a C-level executive in a remote role.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.

US business experience – comfortable navigating business culture and communication styles.

Strong written and spoken English – able to draft emails, reports, and notes clearly and professionally.

Experience with key tools – including MS Office, Monday.com, HubSpot and Xero Accounting.

Flexible to work US hours, with the ability to shift for key meetings or deadlines.
We Offer
This is a full-time, ongoing, remote position with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, aligned with US business hours and requiring some flexibility.
