What you will do:
- Handling user verifications on the platform
- Communicate with the users to address questions and concerns
- Performing extra checks on the user profile
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to the priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check output
- Keep information confidential
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT-companies
- Become a product expert and constantly grow.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Proven experience in KYC or related compliance roles is a must
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience in Customer Support
- Familiarity with transit data
