GTM Lead, Enterprise Sales

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a high-agency operator to lead enterprise sales in India. This is a builder’s role—ideal for someone who thrives in zero-to-one environments. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape and execute our GTM strategy.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and manage a high quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound channels.

  • Own the complete sales cycle: from prospecting to product demos, pilot design, scoping, negotiations, and closing.

  • Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and research institutions.

  • Develop and refine sales playbooks, pitches, and GTM processes that enable scaling

  • Represent Foster at industry events, conferences, and healthcare meetups to strengthen our brand presence.

About Foster

At Foster, we believe healthcare should be a universal right—not a privilege. Founded by Stanford and IIT alumni, we believe technology is a force of good. Our mission is to make healthcare equitable and accessible for everyone, everywhere by harnessing AI.

We build general AI agents that automate complex clinical care documentation, free up provider time, and improve care—especially for patients battling serious conditions like cancer.  Foster is trusted by leading healthcare providers in the US and India to increase capacity, enhance delivery, and advance clinical research.

Building great products takes focus, invention, and the kind of persistent, unglamorous work most people avoid—but that’s what we do. If you are good at what you do and resonate with our values, we are hiring and we’d love to talk. We’re bootstrapped, revenue-generating, and mission-driven.

Why join us?

  • Work directly with the founders – No red tape, no layers in between

  • Move fast, learn faster – You’ll own projects end to end, from strategy to execution, in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment.

  • Shape the GTM playbook – This is a zero-to-one role. You’ll define how Foster scales in India and directly influence our growth trajectory.

  • Do meaningful work – Your work will make healthcare equitable and accessible for everyone, everywhere

  • Join a mission-first team – We’re builders who care. We are innovative, fast-moving, mission-driven and solve real problems that matter.

What we are looking for

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy—ideally in tech, healthcare, or early-stage environments.

  • You know how to take something from zero to one: prospecting, demoing, negotiating, and sealing the deal—without needing a playbook handed to you.

  • You’re a natural communicator and relationship builder: You are comfortable with cold outreach, you know how to build trust and momentum.

  • You’re scrappy and strategic. You can hustle when needed, but also step back and see the bigger picture—what’s working, what’s not working, where to focus your energies on.

  • You are open to travel: This role involves time on the road—meeting clients, attending conferences, building the Foster presence where healthcare is actually delivered.

  • You thrive in chaos. Fast-moving, ambiguous situations don’t intimidate you—they energize you. You like building systems, not just executing within them.

You know you are a fit at Foster if you align with our values:

  1. It’s all about the users: We deeply care about the value we create for our users.  We put ourselves in users’ shoes and deeply understand the needs. We innovate, build great products that people want to use. If we are the best in the world at what we do, everything else will follow.

  2. Press on: We are enterprising, take initiatives, move fast and continuously iterate. We believe that persistence, creativity and determination will solve all hard problems.

  3. Operate with integrity: We do the right thing everyday. Being trustworthy to our customers and partners is paramount to us. We communicate transparently and are committed to doing what we say.

  4. Collaborate with autonomy: We operate in a loosely structured, high trust environment. We assume positive intent in our interactions. We hold ourselves accountable, focus on our craft and trust others to do the same.

  5. Think long-term: We value long-term large scale opportunities over near-term quick wins. We pursue opportunities that are directionally aligned and scale better, even if we don’t see results in the near-term.
