Tri Delta‘s Executive Office staff is growing! We are actively searching for an Inclusion and Belonging Manager to join our Member Engagement Team. This role is full-time, remote and benefits eligible. The benefits we offer are medical, dental, and vision plans, a retirement plan, and paid time off. The anticipated start date for this role is August 1, 2025.

OBJECTIVE | Further engagement by supporting members in implementing practices, resources, and messages that further inclusion and belonging in a way that builds positive relationships for both collegiate and alumnae members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and maintain approach for establishing inclusion and belonging programs, initiatives, and assessment processes.
- Identify and prioritize projects, practices, resources, and messages to encourage both collegiate and alumnae engagement through inclusion and belonging.
- Implement and maintain approach for ensuring the New Member experience for both collegiate and alumnae new members accomplishes engagement and lifetime experience expectation.
- Implement and maintain approach for establishing respect and “magic” around key member moments and Ritual
- Implement and maintain inclusion and belonging Chapter Assessment tool for collegiate chapters, and develop tools, resources, and action plans for chapter growth in developmental areas.
- Manage the Access & Belonging Advisory Panel by coordinating the recruitment and selection process, then leading monthly calls with collegiate panelists.
- Research current and emerging issues and trends in the inclusion and belonging landscape and identify opportunities to promote inclusion and belonging within the organization.
- Support collegiate chapter officers and the inclusion and belonging committee with support for Tri Delta initiatives.
- Support Tri Delta’s national inclusion and belonging awareness campaigns and initiatives (i.e., Black History Month, Women’s History Month, Pride Month, etc.)
