Job Description

Take on a vital role in transforming urban infrastructure as a remote Infrastructure Survey Specialist. In this position, you’ll leverage advanced digital tools to conduct comprehensive surveys of municipal infrastructure, identifying and documenting areas requiring maintenance or improvement. Your detailed analysis and reporting will directly contribute to enhancing public safety and urban accessibility. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough digital surveys of urban infrastructure using specialized online tools
• Analyze and document detailed observations of municipal repair needs across various infrastructure types
• Submit and track comprehensive service requests through municipal 311 systems
• Create precise documentation of infrastructure defects, including detailed descriptions and categorization
• Monitor and report on various infrastructure elements including sidewalks, streets, signage, and related municipal assets
• Maintain detailed records of all submitted requests and track their progress
• Contribute to the development of systematic approaches for infrastructure assessment
• Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure comprehensive coverage of assigned areas
