Job Summary
Total Line Refrigeration, a Smart Care company, in Avon Lake, OH, is seeking a talented Installation Coordinator. As our Installation Coordinator, you will collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as project managers and installation leaders, during construction projects and assist in coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved Total Line Refrigeration, a Smart Care Company methodologies and tools.

What You Will Do
- Scheduling & coordinating in-the-field tasks- measures, installations, programming automated and motorized window covering systems
- Prep next day orders for installers.
- Daily reports sent to installers for next day appointment any notation on special equipment/tools require. Coordinate daily vehicle usage.
- Outside of daily task, additional responsibilities for the role entail: conduct monthly Installation department meetings holding information, educational and safety details planning and tracking employee skills development.
- Complete bi-weekly payroll for Installation department
- Track and maintenance company vehicles.
- Monitor quarterly projections.
- Upload additional Installation costs to jobs, pull and submit prior day orders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excel, Outlook, and excellent computer knowledge are required.
- Frequent communication with Senior Management, Project Managers, and Sales personnel, Accounting and Administrative Staff.
