We’re seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Administrative Support Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll leverage advanced AI tools and traditional research methods to identify promising property investment opportunities while maintaining crucial administrative systems. This position offers unique exposure to the property investment sector while working with cutting-edge technology. As we grow, there’s potential for expanded responsibilities and increased hours for the right candidate.


Responsibilities

  • Execute systematic property lead generation strategies using both AI tools and traditional methods
  • Research and analyze potential property investments, gathering crucial market data
  • Maintain and update comprehensive property databases in Google Sheets
  • Conduct professional communication with real estate agents to gather property details
  • Organize and manage data within our Google Workspace environment
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven workflows and processes
  • Handle data entry and database management with high attention to detail
  • Assist in streamlining communication processes and systems
  • Potential to grow into managing email communications and additional administrative duties

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Drive
  • Strong proficiency in professional communication tools (Email, WhatsApp)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English
  • Experience in data entry and database management
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Comfortable following established processes while suggesting improvements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in property or real estate sector is a plus but not required
