Position Overview

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working on a computer. No prior data entry experience is required — we will train the right candidate. The Remote Data Entry Clerk will help keep our inventory and customer information up-to-date so that our sales and warehouse teams can work efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update inventory, order, and customer information into our system.

  • Review data for accuracy and completeness; correct simple errors when needed.

  • Maintain organized digital files and records.

  • Communicate with team members via email or chat if information needs clarification.

  • Assist with basic data clean-up projects and simple reports.

  • Follow clear, step-by-step procedures for all data tasks.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • No prior data entry experience required — training provided.

  • Basic computer skills (typing, navigating websites, using spreadsheets).

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to double-check work.

  • Ability to stay organized and manage simple tasks independently.

  • Reliable internet connection for remote work.

  • Good communication skills and a willingness to ask questions when unsure.
