Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Specialist/Senior Associate to join our IT Service Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and managing ServiceNow applications, with a strong focus on Now-Mobile, Agent applications, and AI-powered capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Gen AI, ITSM, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and other AI-integrated modules to enhance user experience and drive service delivery efficiency. You will play a key role in delivering scalable solutions aligned with business needs, starting with our own mobile application deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Now-Mobile & Agent App Development: Design, customize, and maintain ServiceNow’s Now-Mobile and Agent apps for optimized functionality and user experience across platforms.
- Gen AI Implementation: Integrate and manage Gen AI capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Agents to provide intelligent and automated support services.
- Predictive Intelligence: Leverage Predictive Intelligence features to drive automation, improve decision-making, and enhance IT service workflows.
- Virtual Agent Configuration: Develop and configure Virtual Agents for self-service, task automation, and improved user engagement.
- AI in ITSM: Embed AI-driven functionalities within ITSM modules including Incident, Change, and Problem Management to optimize service operations.
- Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a robust knowledge base to promote self-service and proactive issue resolution.
- Dynamic Translation: Enable dynamic translation services to support global communication across multilingual environments.
- HR Service Delivery: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to implement and enhance HR Service Delivery modules, including case and request management.
- Asset Management: Support asset tracking, lifecycle management, and accurate reporting through ServiceNow’s Asset Management module.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize workflows, UI elements, and automation rules to meet specific business requirement
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow, including Now-Mobile, Agent Apps, ITSM, and AI-related modules.
- Strong proficiency in Gen AI integration, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent configuration.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery best practices.
- Experience in Knowledge Management, Asset Management, HR Service Delivery, and Dynamic Translation modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while effectively collaborating with cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred.
- Familiarity with integration tools like REST/SOAP, Web Services, and MID Servers.
- Experience in deploying enterprise-level AI solutions within ServiceNow.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
