Description
Mortgage Systems Analyst II Job Responsibilities:
- Advanced systems troubleshooting with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Identify the root cause of problems
- Develop and implement solutions efficiently
- Absorb escalated systems related tickets from Tier1 support
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users, explaining technical issues and solutions
- Document and maintain detailed records of support request, issues, and implemented solutions in ticketing system
- Oversee assigned projects and coordinate with applicable departments in project management software.
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot complex workflow issues
- Configure encompass settings to promote efficient workflows and access rights for users
- Configure input forms, print forms, business rules, user groups, organizational hierarchy, documents, and templates to promote automation and drive efficiency
- Assist with implementing and maintaining system integrations and third-party solutions
- Assist Branch Support with guidance pertaining to training documentation
- Assist with systems configuration to support branch onboarding and offboarding efforts
- Assist in compiling semiannual system audits
- Assist with configuration of reports and pipeline views in Encompass
- Assist with configuration of Encompass Web
- Identify and escalate critical scenarios as applicable
Requirements
Work Hours:
This is a full-time position with access to be a remote employee
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience as an Encompass administrator
- 5+ years of experience with point of sale and customer relationship management systems
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting scenarios in a ticket system
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- 5+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
