Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team at Telesop, a leading telesales company. The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our telesales agents are providing the highest quality of service to our clients and customers. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating all aspects of our telesales calls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

– Monitor and evaluate telesales calls to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as quality standards.

– Identify areas of improvement in telesales techniques, script delivery, and customer interactions.

– Provide detailed feedback and coaching to telesales agents to enhance their skills and overall performance.

– Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to improve overall team performance.

– Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

– Collaborate with team leaders to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.

– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve telesales processes and techniques.

– Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality assurance activities and outcomes.

– Work closely with the training team to develop and deliver training programs that support quality improvement efforts.

– Communicate regularly with the management team to provide updates on quality assurance processes and identify areas of concern.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a telesales environment.

– Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and principles.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.

– Proven ability to provide effective coaching and feedback.

– Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

– Knowledge of telesales regulations and best practices is preferred.
