We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator whoβs excited to play a key role in our high-volume hiring for operations and support teams. From scheduling interviews to screening candidates and optimizing recruiting workflows, youβll be an essential part of a fast-moving, high-impact talent team.
This role is ideal for someone whoβs organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the world of recruitment.
π§ What Youβll Do:

Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments and time zones

Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video) for fit and communication

Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) updated and organized

Manage job postings and ensure timely applicant flow

Send candidate communications, including rejections and updates

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency

Ensure every candidate has a positive, timely experience
β What You Bring:

1β2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring

Confidence in screening conversations and professional email communication

Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Comfort using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms

Ability to work PST or EST hours full-time

A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition
