We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who’s excited to play a key role in our high-volume hiring for operations and support teams. From scheduling interviews to screening candidates and optimizing recruiting workflows, you’ll be an essential part of a fast-moving, high-impact talent team.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the world of recruitment.

πŸ”§ What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments and time zones

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video) for fit and communication

  • Keep our ATS (Recruiterflow) updated and organized

  • Manage job postings and ensure timely applicant flow

  • Send candidate communications, including rejections and updates

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency

  • Ensure every candidate has a positive, timely experience

βœ… What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or high-volume hiring

  • Confidence in screening conversations and professional email communication

  • Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ATS platforms

  • Ability to work PST or EST hours full-time

  • A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in talent acquisition
