VP Racing is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager in the Branded Retail Department, responsible for expanding VP’s branded gasoline station network within the assigned region which would be the Midwest. This role is perfect for a dynamic, forward-thinking sales leader who thrives on building strong customer relationships and developing strategic growth plans. As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving expansion efforts, influencing marketing and business strategies, and collaborating with executive leadership to fuel VP’s long-term success.

You’ll work directly with the Vice President of Branded Retail and be empowered to lead sales development efforts, guide customers to our unique branding solutions, and help shape the future of VP’s branded retail presence.

This position is remote and based in the Midwest Region.

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise. If this describes you and you meet the following requirements, we would be happy to speak with you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field, along with at least one (1) year of professional experience in sales AND/OR any combination of education and experience that results in the applicable skills, knowledge, and abilities.
