Role: Sales Lead, Taiwan

Reports To: Bear Robotics CEO
Job Overview: Bear Robotics is the leading manufacturer of Food Running Robots in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a full time Sales Lead for Taiwan to to extend our reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. The Sales Lead will add new accounts while overseeing existing accounts expanding and growing sales revenue within the assigned territory. The Sales Lead will also be required to develop a new business case with a new product. This position will report to the head of Bear Robotics Singapore and provide reporting, tracking, and updates as required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short and long-term objectives of the company
- Oversees the hardware distribution for the Taiwan side of the company
- Take a lead role in developing new-business cases that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
- Partner to identify and assess the viability and size of new business opportunities: new verticals, geographies, and products.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and select deals in line with strategies
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
Qualifications:
● 10+ years of total experience in sales/marketing organizations including:
- Experience in the restaurant, hotels, and hospitality and manufacturing industry.
- Experience in robotics industry will be an advantage
- Successful track record in both B2B sales and marketing
- A passion for achieving goals and helping others achieve theirs.
- Excellent verbal and Written communications skills, both Mandarin and English, with organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize, and solid financial acumen.
● Very motivated self-starter and able to work without daily guidance.
● Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment where there is frequent change.
● Experience with CRM software (ex: Salesforce)
● Ability to travel as needed.
