We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to fuel the expansion of a rapidly growing franchise brand across the U.S. In this high-impact, full-cycle sales role, you’ll manage your own pipeline, close strategic deals, and help shape our go-to-market strategy. What You’ll Be Doing

Own the full sales cycle—from first touch to signed agreement

Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities

Run discovery calls and deliver compelling, personalized pitches

Close mid- to high-ticket deals with confidence and care

Guide prospective franchisees through key business decisions

Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)

Share feedback and market insights to refine our sales approach

Partner with leadership on messaging, strategy, and positioning

Mentor junior reps and help foster a strong, collaborative sales culture
What You’ll Bring

2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C, healthcare, or franchise sales preferred)

Track record of closing deals with business owners or executives

Strong consultative selling skills and clear, persuasive communication

Disciplined pipeline management and CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)

Experience in franchising or service-based industries is a strong plus
