In 2025, we’re targeting $100M revenue. Our ultimate goal is to help 1,000,000 businesses advertise on TV.

Your mission

The sales team is at the heart of Vibe’s growth playing a key role in acquisition, customer relationship management and existing account expansion.

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating Vibe’s presence within the eCommerce and D2C space. You’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-size and large brands, blending strategic prospecting with consultative account growth. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role with the opportunity to evolve into a Team Lead position for candidates with people management experience.

What you will do:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing—with a focus on eCommerce and D2C brands

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new revenue across mid-size and large accounts

  • Build long-term client relationships and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities in partnership with your dedicated Customer Success Manager

  • Consistently exceed revenue goals through proactive outreach, solution-selling, and account expansion

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes, playbooks, and feedback loops

  • Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to help shape Vibe’s roadmap

We’d love to work with you if

  • You bring 6+ years of sales experience selling to brands, with a strong record of exceeding quota. AdTech and/or CTV experience is a strong plus

  • You’ve sold to or worked closely with eCommerce or D2C brands, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment

  • You’re ambitious, self-motivated, and thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving sales cycles

  • You’re a persuasive communicator and skilled relationship builder across all levels of an organization

  • You’re resourceful and comfortable operating without a perfect playbook—you’re a builder at heart

  • Bonus: You have experience managing or mentoring sales talent and are eager to grow into a team leadership role
