What You’ll Do

Own retention and expansion outcomes for strategic client accounts

Build a deep understanding of client goals, product fit, and usage patterns

Spot churn risks early and implement proactive retention strategies

Collaborate with Sales on growth opportunities within your book of business

Deliver quarterly business reviews and consultative planning sessions

Maintain meticulous notes and forecast health in CRM systems
What You Bring

3–5+ years of experience in AM, client success, or solution delivery

A track record of growing revenue within existing B2B accounts

Skilled at uncovering customer needs and turning them into expansion plans

Organized and data-driven with strong presentation skills

Experience with SaaS, AI tools, or workflow automation is a big plus
