Job Description:

Lead and motivate a team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.

Supervise staff accountants’ work and provide constructive feedback.

Manage time effectively, prioritize urgent tasks, and handle multiple projects efficiently.

Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams via Slack, email, and phone calls.
-
Participate in weekly client calls and confidently lead discussions on AR, AP, and cash flow.
-
Support month-end close processes including reconciliations, financial analysis, and cash flow reporting.
-
Review and evaluate financials, workpapers, and processes; suggest and implement improvements.
-
Manage client expectations and maintain boundaries to ensure productive and respectful interactions.
-
Maintain and update internal tracking systems (e.g., Airtable) to support efficient operations.
-
Adapt to client software/platform changes and lead transitions with updated internal processes.
-
Mentor and train staff accountants, supporting their growth and maintaining quality standards.
