We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Anywhere Developer with expertise in Selenium to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Selenium frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and automation workflows.
- Analyze, optimize, and troubleshoot existing automation processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead project teams in the implementation of automation strategies, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, test cases, and error handling frameworks.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automation technologies and best practices, incorporating them into the team’s workflows.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols during automation development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere , including developing and deploying bots and Selenium for web application testing and automation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with REST APIs and database integration.
- Proven ability to design scalable and robust automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in Automation Anywhere (Advanced RPA Professional).
- Experience with other RPA tools like UiPath or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
