Role Description

As a Digital Banking Account Executive at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in managing digital payments and digital banking relationships with established large financial institution clients across North America.

  • Act as an advocate and ambassador for financial institutions using Fiserv’s best-of-breed solutions
  • Commit to exceeding performance results for both the clients and Fiserv
  • Contribute to a high-performing team showcasing reference ability, retention through renewals, and growth in product adoption and usage

As a Sr. Digital Banking Account Executive, you will be accountable to drive high levels of performance in the following areas:

  • Sales of add-on products and services
  • Consult with clients on trends in digital payments
  • Understand and articulate client’s digital strategy and goals
  • Support growth in product adoption & usage in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Client satisfaction and retention
  • Organic revenue growth
  • Client relationship development / cultivating long-term trusted partnerships with client contacts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other applicable discipline, and/or equivalent military experience
  • 8+ years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives within the financial services industry
  • 8+ years of experience in professional communication including verbal, written, and presentation
  • Proficiency negotiating complex, multimillion-dollar contracts / renewals
  • Experience developing complex account strategies and plans leading to increased client reference ability, revenue growth, sales, and end customer product usage
  • Ability to travel 30-50%

Requirements

  • Experience managing a mid-market (>$10B) to large (>$100B) financial institutions book of business related to digital product / service licensing, on-premise and ASP, ongoing professional services, and outsourced digital and payments technology solutions
  • Experience with Fiserv systems or applications and digital payments products such as RXP, CheckFree Next, Zelle, TransferNow, and Experience Digital
  • Additional certifications in banking or financial technology fields
