- Comfortable interacting and presenting confidently at the highest levels (e.g., CEOs, EU Commission representatives).
- Excited by challenges, adaptive to rapid changes, and capable of managing uncertainty.
- Motivated to create impactful new products and solve complex challenges in healthcare technology.
- Globally-minded with excellent communication skills; fluent English required, plus fluency in at least one other European language.
- Flexible work schedule required, as the role involves approximately 30-40% travel and occasional early calls with Asia and late calls within Europe.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in software development, architecture, or technical product management roles.
- Proven leadership experience in startups or highly innovative corporate environments.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype quickly and deliver impactful solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to thrive in multicultural, dynamic settings.
