The Role
You will own Sprinto’s Mid-Market partner motion across the EU & UK, building a scalable network of consulting and channel partners that drive joint pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll craft and execute GTM plays, equip partners with the knowledge and tools they need, and ensure our partner ecosystem consistently exceeds its targets.

1. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify, qualify and recruit new Mid-Market–focused partners (consulting firms, MSPs/MSSPs, channel partners) across EU & UK every quarter.
