The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a results-driven SMBAccount Executive (Remote) to join their growing global team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the company’s expansion and drive business growth in the North American market.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing), focusing on new logo generation in the SMB/Startup segment

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients’ hiring needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals

• Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and track performance

• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience in the IT Staffing, IT Recruitment, IT Staff Augmentation or Outsourced Software Development industry

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Familiarity with the IT and software development industry, including roles, technologies, and recruitment processes

• Ideally, an existing book of business with hiring managers (CTO/CIO/HRD)

• Proficiency in using CRMs, sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

• OTE (on-target earnings): $180,000 – $240,000 per year with 50/50 split and uncapped commission (negotiable based on experience)

• Level 3 – Virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (Final)

• Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews

• Job offer: provided to the selected candidate
