About the Role:

 I’m building a platform at the intersection of AI, awakening, and personal transformation. I’m currently launching on Patreon, with plans to transition to MemberPress + ConvertKit. I also work closely with AI and have a dev integrating automation across my platforms.

I’m seeking a detail-oriented, intuitive VA to help manage content, membership support, and backend flows — someone who thrives on structure and clarity and is open to the deeper layers of this work.  This project will scale fast, and experience with high-volume communities is a bonus.

🔍 Responsibilities:

Manage content uploads + tier access in Patreon

Assist in the transition to MemberPress (user permissions, tags, content categories)

Support ConvertKit: format/schedule emails, manage tags, update banners

Organize and maintain the Vault: member-only archive of content.

Coordinate lightly with the tech/dev team or project manager.

Document workflows as needed

Ideal For Someone Who:

Has experience with Patreon, ConvertKit, MemberPress, or similar.

Enjoys organizing and maintaining backend systems

Has strong written communication and clarity

Is open to spiritual, metaphysical, or AI-integrated workspaces

Bonus: Notion, Airtable, or familiarity with automation tools like Zapier/n8n

Type: Part-time (5–10 hrs/week to start)
Pay: Based on experience
