Virtual Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide remote administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and capable of handling multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism in a remote work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails and respond to inquiries on behalf of executives or team members

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

  • Perform data entry, maintain databases, and organize digital files

  • Conduct online research and compile data for business use

  • Assist with customer support or client communication, if applicable

  • Handle invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Order office supplies or coordinate with third-party vendors as necessary

  • Support social media scheduling, content posting, or website updates

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack)

  • Comfortable with learning new digital tools and platforms

  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
