Requirements:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
