Job Overview:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and our clients. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting our operations on a daily basis. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and responding to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication from clients and team members
- Maintaining and organizing client and company files and databases
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for team members
- Assisting with client onboarding and ensuring all necessary paperwork and documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and clients
- Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization and time management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a virtual or remote setting preferred
- Positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
