In this fast-moving, full-time role, youโ€™ll manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles across logistics, customer service, and back-office functions. ๐Ÿ” What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles in operations and support

  • Screen, assess, and engage candidates with professionalism and care

  • Maintain structured pipelines and hiring reports through our ATS

  • Keep candidates informed and aligned throughout the process

  • Partner closely with hiring leads to forecast needs and refine hiring strategies

โœ… What You Bring

  • 2โ€“3+ years of high-volume recruiting or agency staffing experience

  • Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

  • Familiarity with ATS systems and tools like Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse

  • Experience hiring in fast-scaling environments

  • Available to work PST or EST hours in a fully remote team
