In this fast-moving, full-time role, youโll manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles across logistics, customer service, and back-office functions. ๐ What Youโll Do

Own the recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles in operations and support

Screen, assess, and engage candidates with professionalism and care

Maintain structured pipelines and hiring reports through our ATS

Keep candidates informed and aligned throughout the process

Partner closely with hiring leads to forecast needs and refine hiring strategies
โ What You Bring

2โ3+ years of high-volume recruiting or agency staffing experience

Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

Familiarity with ATS systems and tools like Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse

Experience hiring in fast-scaling environments

Available to work PST or EST hours in a fully remote team
