About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls to franchise owners and setting up consultations for our founders. This is not a script-reading telemarketer role—we’re looking for someone who can think strategically, adapt their pitch, and contribute to system buildout as we grow this outbound function.

This role is primarily phone-based, so you must be comfortable cold calling, handling objections, and driving conversations that lead to booked meetings.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to franchise owners to introduce our recruiting services

  • Set qualified appointments for our founders to conduct discovery calls

  • Use email and LinkedIn to supplement your outreach and follow-ups

  • Manage and update CRM with accurate lead information

  • Collaborate on outreach strategy and help refine the pitch

  • Assist in building or improving outbound systems and tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience (B2B preferred)

  • Proven experience and confidence in cold calling

  • Familiarity with CRMs, outbound tools, and lead management

  • Strong communication skills and a natural conversational style

  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment

  • Bonus: experience in the franchise or recruiting space
