Accounts Payable Caller Admin (AU Construction, WFH)
Salary: P40,000-P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM – 04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years experience related to the role.
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM Software
What will you do?
Accounts Payable Follow-up
- Make follow-up calls related to accounts payable (approx. 3 hours per week)
- Must be fluent and confident in spoken English
Social Media Admin Tasks
- Use provided templates and artwork to create events on LinkedIn
- Download and update LinkedIn RSVP lists into HubSpot CRM
- Respond to LinkedIn messages with short, template-based replies (examples will be provided)
CRM and Data Management
- Maintain and update CRM/database records (HubSpot)
- Conduct lead enrichment and basic research on target contacts
General Administration
- Monitor and manage shared inboxes and respond as appropriate
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Format and prepare documents in PowerPoint and Word
- Manage and organise digital files efficiently
Website Updates
- Make basic content updates to website pages in HubSpot (training provided; no development required)
