We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Associateto support ourend-to-end recruitment process and attract top talent to our team. In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers, post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles.

Post job openings to internal and external job boards and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with hiring teams and candidates.

Partners with hiring managers to clarify role requirements including initial intake calls in support of job requisition creation. Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives.

Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding logistics as needed.

Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution.

Must be able to act both independently and as a team member.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of recruiting experience.

Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and other relevant hiring regulations.

Experience with Workday’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) module.

Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment.
