Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll leverage modern sales tools and techniques to identify, engage, and qualify potential business clients. Working directly with company leadership, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding the company’s market presence through strategic outreach and relationship building. Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic cold calling campaigns to connect with decision-makers in target businesses
  • Develop and manage comprehensive email outreach programs, including follow-up sequences
  • Research and identify potential business opportunities within the San Francisco market
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using Hubspot CRM
  • Schedule and coordinate business appointments with qualified decision-makers
  • Create and update detailed prospect profiles and interaction records
  • Generate comprehensive activity reports and track key performance metrics
  • Collaborate directly with business leadership on strategy and targeting
  • Maintain professional communication standards across all channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Hubspot CRM and modern sales tools
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales development or appointment setting
  • Strong track record in both cold calling and email outreach
  • Experience in lead generation and qualification
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional phone presence and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in or knowledge of commercial services industry preferred
  • Comfortable with modern business technology and sales tools
