The Opportunity 
This is an opportunity to shape the growth of a search firm redefining what excellence looks like in deep-tech recruitment. You’ll drive client acquisition and build partnerships that power tomorrow’s technologies — semiconductors, photonics, lasers, robotics, and advanced electronics. You’ll work directly with Chris Thiel, Co-Founder and Head of Business Development, to expand Insight’s reach and reputation across Europe, Asia and North America. We don’t chase volume; we build trust, momentum, and meaningful relationships that last. At Insight, we’re not interested in clock-watching — we care about outcomes. Your Impact
In your first 12–18 months, you will:
-Define and execute a growth plan that expands Insight’s footprint in high-value deep-tech markets.
– Build a qualified pipeline of new clients and convert leads into retained search partnerships.
– Represent Insight at key industry events, developing lasting relationships with founders and leaders. 
– Collaborate with marketing to co-create outreach campaigns and thought-leadership initiatives. – Establish Insight’s voice on LinkedIn through content, engagement, and authentic conversation.
– Use automation and AI tools to enhance, not replace, human connection — ensuring efficiency with empathy. You’ll be trusted to experiment, refine, and deliver — your success will directly shape how Insight grows.

Your Background
– 3+ years in business development, client acquisition, or consultative sales (executive search, professional services, or B2B preferred).
– Proven track record managing the full sales cycle — from outreach to close.
– Confident communicator (written, spoken, and digital) who engages senior stakeholders naturally.
– Skilled in content-driven outreach and engagement — especially on LinkedIn.
– Experienced with cold outreach across multiple channels: phone, email, and social. – Strong organization and ownership in a remote, asynchronous environment.
– Fluent in English; proficiency in German or French is highly desirable (other languages a plus). – Exposure to or curiosity about deep-tech industries is a strong advantage.
– Familiarity with CRMs preferred.
 
Key Outcomes
– Pipeline coverage of at least 3× annual revenue target.
– Conversion of new retained client partnerships within 3–6 months.
– Tangible contribution to group revenue and client diversity.
– Increased market visibility and measurable inbound activity from digital engagement.
– Active collaboration with marketing to generate sustained lead flow.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
-€50,000 base salary with uncapped commission. On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €100,000+ based on achieving performance targets.

We anticipate conducting interviews starting in mid-January 2026.
