We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent.
Job Description:
As a Live Chat Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests and assist them with their inquiries, reservations and other requests through our online chat platform. You will have the opportunity to work remotely and be part of a professional and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
– Responding promptly and professionally to all live chat inquiries from guests
– Providing information and assistance regarding reservations, amenities and other inquiries
– Assisting guests with any technical issues or questions related to the chat platform
– Handling multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring excellent customer service
– Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to answer any questions accurately
– Proactively engaging in chat conversations to upsell and cross-sell services and amenities
– Escalating any urgent or complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
– Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing Pentagoet Inn
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or online chat environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
– Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of reservation systems and online chat platforms is a plus
– A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
