Recruiter- Temporary (Seasonal)
(starting May 2025 to July/August 2025)
40 hrs. week
We are seeking a Temporary – Seasonal Recruiter to join our Team for Summer 2025. This person will partner closely with our hiring managers and TA team to deliver an exceptional interview and hiring experience. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, from identifying prospective candidates to onboarding new hires for Apple Montessori Schools. The ideal candidate is people-focused, organized, and passionate about matching great people with great opportunities. This is a 3 month- Temporary (Seasonal) position.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment process, from creating a job description to extending offers.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with directors and other stake holders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other TA/ HR members during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Working with approximately 40 open requisitions at a time.
NON-EXEMPT, PART-TIME HOURLY
REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Manager
Schedule:
Monday- Friday
9am – 5pm
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of professional high volume- recruiting experience is required
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and familiarity with HRIS system Required
- This is a remote position; however, candidates must maintain residency within the state of New Jersey
- Team-oriented outlook with a passion for helping others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proactive in identifying problems and solution-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
