As the Remote File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the hotel’s records and documents. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all of our files are accurately categorized and easily accessible for our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
– Digitally scan, organize, and file documents into the appropriate folders
– Ensure that all records are labeled and stored correctly
– Retrieve and distribute files to team members as needed
– Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
– Review and update records to ensure accuracy and completeness
– Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– 1 year of experience in a file clerk or similar role
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work independently and take initiative
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and file management software
– Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks in a virtual setting
– Available to work flexible hours as needed
