We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team at AlumniHub. You’ll be selling premium recruiting services that connect companies with senior-level tech talent from our exclusive community of 6,000+ experts from Big Techs and scaleups.
What You’ll Do:

Identify and reach out to startups and scaleups hiring senior tech professionals

Pitch our high-conversion, fast-turnaround hiring solution

Manage the sales cycle from outreach to close

Build and maintain strong client relationships
You Have:
-
Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally HRTech, SaaS, or staffing)

Confidence speaking with founders, HR heads, and tech leaders
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
-
A results-driven mindset
-
English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Nice to Have (not required):

BSc or MSc in STEM
-
You are an ex-techie (engineer, researcher, tech product manager, etc.)

Good network of early-stage startup founders
