The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a results-driven SMBAccount Executive (Remote) to join their growing global team. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the company’s expansion and drive business growth in the North American market.
What You’ll Do

Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing), focusing on new logo generation in the SMB/Startup segment

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets

Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand clients’ hiring needs and provide tailored IT recruitment solutions

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals

Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and track performance
-
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
What You Bring
-
At least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience in the IT Staffing, IT Recruitment, IT Staff Augmentation or Outsourced Software Development industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with the IT and software development industry, including roles, technologies, and recruitment processes

Ideally, an existing book of business with hiring managers (CTO/CIO/HRD)

Proficiency in using CRMs, sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
-
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

OTE (on-target earnings): $180,000 – $240,000 per year with 50/50 split and uncapped commission (negotiable based on experience)
